    We use couriers that offer shipping services within the continental United States. We also use Uship.com, FedEx, UPS, and USPS when warranted. We will provide tracking if utilizing a service that offers tracking.

    All products will originate from zip code 22003 unless otherwise noted.

    Regarding furniture, MSGEngineering offers free shipping for furniture within a 300-mile radius of Washington DC. If you are outside this radius, please contact us for an affordable shipping option. We use couriers that offer shipping services within the continental United States. We also use Uship.com, FedEx, UPS, and USPS when warranted.

    How long will shipping take?

    Boxed items will be shipped typically within 2-3 days unless otherwise specified.

    Purchaser should expect longer shipping times for large furniture versus other online purchases. It may take up to 30 days for a shipper to process and pickup a large furniture shipment. Please contact us for current furniture shipping timelines.

    Can we pick up our item?

    You may pick up your item without charge during normal business hours. We will be happy to help you load your purchase, however, we are not responsible for tying down your furniture, nor for any damages after you have left our facility. Please bring adequate tie downs and wrapping and inspect all merchandise prior to leaving our facility. Please contact MSG to schedule an item pickup.

    Do you offer pick up discounts?

    Yes!! If you are picking up your item directly from our Annandale Virginia facility we can offer you a discount. Please contact us for more information.

    What is your general warranty policy?

    All items sold on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. MSG does not offer a warranty for any preowned, vintage, antique, or estate pieces.

    Regarding electrically powered items (i.e., lamps, vintage stereo equipment), these items are preowned and their current operational condition are described to the best of our ability in the item listing. Prior to use, all electrically powered items should be evaluated by a qualified electrician or repair professional.

    What is your return policy?

    All sales are final. MSG encourages the Purchaser to contact us before purchase to ask any questions or concerns before purchasing. Preowned, vintage, antique, or estate items may have “normal wear” commensurate with age. Anything that goes beyond what we consider “normal wear” we will carefully photograph and describe in the listing. Please contact us if you’d like additional information or photographs of an item.
